The first notice isn’t the starting point.
Isomer™ Actions turns first-notice emails into complete claims in your claim system, and Isomer Signals reads them for risk at the same moment, so a dangerous claim is flagged the day it’s created.

From inbox to claim, with a fail-safe.
Step 1
Ingest and triage
First-notice emails are forwarded to Isomer, which separates them from other correspondence.
Step 2
Extract and validate
Fields from the body and attachments, a duplicate-claim search, and a policy lookup to confirm coverage and line.
Step 3
Create the claim
The claim is created in Guidewire ClaimCenter, documents go to the DMS, and a status email goes out.
Step 4
Route the exceptions
Missing data goes to a manual queue with the reason, instead of creating a wrong claim.
Isomer owns design, build, and operation. MSIG keeps policy logic, assignment matrices, and approval gates.
Add Signals, and intake reads for risk too.
With Isomer Signals on the same inbox, a letter of representation or a time-limited demand in the first-notice package is flagged as the claim is created. It needs only the claims inbox, with no claim-system project.
